When you fertilize.

We use a granular fertilizer with 50% slow release nitrogen. 2 of 3 pre-emergent applications are granular; a combined product joined with fertilizer, and one is liquid. We use a granular fertilizer because it lasts much longer and provides a more even green. We prefer and use a liquid weed killer which is better because it allows us to only spray chemical where we need it, in addition, has quicker results. It is applied with a surfactant that helps the chemical stick to the weed, and absorbs faster making rain and pet activity a nonissue within 30 minutes or so. 

We offer a fertilizing program year round, treating your lawn approximately every 6 weeks. The best part of this program is convenience. If for any reason your yard needs additional sprays in between standard treatments, we will come out and re-spray.
